I had to recite this speech for a class in high school…it’s incredible how much this applies still today. Maybe more than ever…

@unusual_whales Nice as it would be to get the full paycheck, I’m don’t particularly want to pay a 30% to make up for it. The plan sounds good until you look at the whole picture. Only ACTUALLY benefits businesses and people that make 170k+
@gkell0618@mt_loverman I mean, if you want to attack me having a different opinion than an automotive journalist I’ve read and respected for years, go for it. I disagree, so I asked for his proof. I’ve already seen the rollover and crash testing for the Tesla so I don’t need to ask.
@mt_loverman@tralarilolailo@DSpanishGolfer@bitcloud@wholemars@elonmusk I’d argue the original post disagrees with that statement. And they have already stated that an ICE car would have killed them due to the engine crushing back into the front seats. So Chevy is out. As is Mercedes. They may have GOOD safety, but this goes beyond just good.
@mt_loverman@DSpanishGolfer@bitcloud@wholemars@elonmusk Jonny, love your material, but outside of Tesla and Volvo, what are your examples of the dozens and dozens of vehicles? Without a deflection or redirect, name them. Show the proof.
Ken Block was a big part of what started my passion with cars, and was a great role model, mold-breaker, and innovator in the car community. Genuinely my heart breaks for his family and friends. Gone way too soon…#RIPKenBlock
