“Wasting your time / You left me no choice” is the oldest song on the album. I wrote this one by jamming on an iPad. The beats you hear are all from that drum pad app and enriched by Ægir on drums.

“Don’t walk alone at night” originally had chopped up samples of Sylvia Plath. Because of potential copyright issues I decided to write my own version but Sylvia will forever be a part of this song.

I thought a lot about disappearing while writing this album - perhaps because I spent a lot of time feeling like I disappeared since moving to Iceland. Perhaps partially due to the pandemic. Perhaps because there are so many ways to disappear.
