We buried Alejandro on December 23 .2 days before Christmas and just shy of his 16th bday Alejandro was one of the most kind souls, and he didn’t deserve to die in such a manner.Every Christmas my heart breaks for his family …I pray this year they can have some peace finally 💖

At long last, & through collaboration with State Attorney Andrew Bain & the Statewide Prosecutor’s Office, an arrest has been made in the 2018 death of 15-year-old Alejandro “Alex” Vargas Martinez. Alex was walking to Boone HS when he was robbed, shot, and left to die in the street.
