@CridgeJason I would disagree with your premise - I think this is completely dependent on the individual and city! Plenty of the cap class don’t like commuting for their social activities, which in a ton of cities skew closer to downtown.
@CridgeJason Soil test and don’t be afraid to throw some sand down in your next soil mix next over seed! Better drainage and can help with levelling. We are facing a losing battle with our dog for lawn supremacy.
@CridgeJason As a provincial transportation option, I wish BC Ferries would operate with excess capacity, like they used to, which was a better travel experience for passengers. Managing demand with reservations is great, but clearly more capacity needed.
