@sweetgreen Had a really bad experience at Sweetgreens Vernon Hills. Came to try the steak and the line was EMPTY, no toppings, no steak, no employee, tables dirty. What is going on? Waiter on line for about 15 min, when I finally got somebody to help me the food was tasteless and overcooked

@Iberia you should train your employees better on customer service and appreciation. There are better ways to handle situations. Some of Your employees at JFK are clearly in need of training and on a lecture of what is racially ilegal and not ok. Terrible experience terrible

@Iberia had an altercation with an employee at JFK over mask that could have easily be avoided should’ve she approach me differently. She came an said “I don’t want you at my desk” how is that ok? Wrong and illegal terrible and humiliating
