🌟 Meet Rachel, a brave 2-year-old living in a relief camp in Ngahmun, Kangpokpi, Eastern India. Born with a heart condition, she's faced challenges since day one.

The family lost their home in May 2023 due to regional unrest, making it harder for Rachel to receive crucial medical care. Despite her father's daily grind as a carpenter, the family struggles to meet basic needs. Rachel's mom cares for her and their 3-month-old sibling.

Jeremy, who has been on a challenging road to recovery following his open-heart surgery, has made significant progress. He recently had his tracheostomy removed and is now breathing on his own. This is a huge milestone for him, and we are thrilled to see him recovering so well.

One of the children we visited recently, Destiny, had heart surgery in India in 2015 when he was just 5 months old! It's beyond words to see him 7 years later living a happy and healthy life! 🙌

We had the privilege of having Ember in our foster home in Beijing. She had a very complex heart defect, but she had a successful surgery. Dr. Hui had the opportunity to visit her over the summer, and Ember remembered her, and it was a very sweet reunion!

We visited Wisdom and his family, were treated with a delicious meal, prayed over by his family, and given a goat as a token of their appreciation. The joy these parents have after their child has had a successful open-heart surgery is truly indescribable!🙏❤️🙌💪
