@JoseRestonVA@HOThomasWPhelps However, it’s key that CRVS has cash to get through PTCL Phase 3 and multiple Phase 2 and Phase 1 trials in AD, HS, ALPS, and perhaps asthma without accessing further funding in the capital markets. Good results in those trials should drive the stock price up.
@JoseRestonVA@HOThomasWPhelps I agree that CRVS will move somewhat with the market overall since a rise in interest rates increases the weighted average cost of capital and therefore reduces the present value of future earnings.
@HOThomasWPhelps@Rushing9000@wjhuber5 I’m expecting a buyout in 2028, after PTCL Phase 3 results and AD Phase 2 results (and some Phase 2 results in HS and Asthma).
@HOThomasWPhelps@Rushing9000@wjhuber5 Jeff’s comments this week are consistent with 3Q27 being the first time there will be enough science and business rationale to achieve a deal price high enough that Corvus management could seriously consider.
@mes3l891@prosperousguy The next catalyst for OKYO is the phase 3 trial result for the drug Urcosimod in Neuropathic Corneal Pain, also in 2027. I specialize in biotechs and think these two are undervalued and likely to grow substantially. I’m also a very patient investor and don’t mind waiting.
@mes3l891@prosperousguy Thanks for giving these a shot. I asked because these were hard ones and was hoping you would be able to tell me something new. The next catalyst for CCCC is the Phase 2 trial result for the drug Cemsidomide in Multiple Myeloma in late 2027.
@HOThomasWPhelps Thank you for posting this summary of the Soquelitinib paper in Blood. The results are amazing, from durability of response off-drug to the biomarker data showing immune remodeling!
@semodough Hi Dough. Would you mind stating the evidence suggesting an Angel IPO in 2027 is possible. Is this just Mizuho speculation or is there more to it than that?
@HOThomasWPhelps One thing notable in yesterday’s conference call is the change in the Phase of the HS trial from 2 to 1b. I presume that has occurred because the Phase 1b trial can occur faster than a Phase 2 trial, thereby demonstrating Th17 efficacy more quickly.
@HOThomasWPhelps When will the HS Phase 1b trial produce results? If that trial progresses as fast as the AD Phase 1 trial did, then we would see efficacy demonstrated across the Th2 to Th17 spectrum by the first half of 2027. I would expect a major stock re-rating at that point.
@tradingsssss I agree with you on items 3 & 4. Item 1 will happen, but I think it could be in 2027. Hadn’t thought about item 2. I will have to look up the Oleclumab trial. Thanks for sharing.
