@HOThomasWPhelps@MSGlis1 Here's a chart someone else posted (I'd link but can't remember where I saw it) showing 2026 approvals and how long it took post-data.
@HOThomasWPhelps And this is just Top 30 based on 13F filings, correct? There could also be some individual investors with significant holdings who would appear on such a list which would further push the top shareholders to 79M of 84M or higher.
@BiotechAutist@clarkal319 Agreed that they'll likely be approved but have minimal upside. $ETON growth will be primarily through their revenue growth disclosed during earnings.
@DickMedChem I have a sizable position and don't plan to reduce. The vague PR isn't great, but in my opinion the likelihood the drug works is higher than it doesn't based on all the available literature. Time will tell if it was the smart decision.
@realmostafah If they "bundle" up all the cohort data and make a rolled up AD Phase 1 trial release I could see that as a true catalyst. Their data drip for AD is useful to track results but poor for folks who don't want to muddle through each cohort design to see if data is relevant.
@HOThomasWPhelps This would only be additive up to the Cohort 3 cutoff, right? So yes, bigger N and helps increase statistical significance of findings, but you'll lose Cohort 4 weeks 4-8 in that.
@HOThomasWPhelps Why is there so few patients in the trial? I would have liked to see double this size for this (unexpected) trial. This data won't gate, only supplement, so having more patients fits into their time line, unless they expect slow enrollment.
@HOThomasWPhelps I like how this new slide has some strong similarities to slides you've put together. It could be a coincidence, but I like to think that the company follows your research, too.
@DanielJacobsbio Because they running the trial. Generating charts and pulling data costs time and money. Plus, they will likely give an update at the earnings call.
@Phoenix_5M It's in a Phase 3 for oncology with the same drug. That alone puts it at above $10 when compared to industry averages for biotechs in that stage.
@RybeccaSmith33 I didn't view Miller's "I plan to be better" as an admission of superiority over Dupix, but instead emphatically stressing his dedication to develop the best possible product.
I saw that as the star QB going out to win a Super Bowl; they'll do the best they can.
@Craigster771@HOThomasWPhelps @LeeBiotechology Yesterday was exactly 28 days from the Q3 cc, and I believe they were still enrolling in cohort 2 then. I'm hoping they'll have all 16 patients but not all available follow-up.
@HOThomasWPhelps@STvrosb I'm really impressed with their trial design architecture. They do a great job at letting each trial build off the previous ones in different indications to accelerate their overall pipeline. I expect we'll see a lot of 9 month PoC phase1b/2 trials, with some leading to Ph.3.
@HOThomasWPhelps @LeeBiotechology @Chrismc75690165 At this point, what would be the advantage of a partnership? They have cash for Phase 3, and I feel like they don't want to give up any rights to indications or "pillars" this early.
