The landlord of the Hollywood Hills home where singer #D4vd was staying — the same house where police recently carried out a search warrant — is distancing himself from David Burke after the tragic death of teen #CelesteRivasHernandez

Cleanup crews were spotted clearing out the property, tossing bags of clothes and boxes. According to the owner, Malden Trifunovic, it’s all about getting the $20,000-a-month home ready for a new tenant.

This comes after Celeste’s body was found decomposing in the front trunk of D4vd’s abandoned Tesla, which had been towed from near the property.

Investigators are still searching for surveillance footage that could reveal who left the car there, but no leads yet.

Important to note: At this time, D4vd has not been officially named a suspect in the death investigation of #CelesteRivas. If law enforcement had completely cleared him, they would’ve stated so publicly—suggesting there may still be unanswered suspicions.

His attorney argued for a 14-month sentence, claiming:

If diddy qualifies for the RDAP program his 50 month sentence would qualify for him a full year off the existing 85%. Which is 29 when u minus time served. So given that… 17 months. Meaning in about a year he’ll be transferred to a half way house most likely.
