Hey @fordnation your asking us to stay home and I’ve complied for 11 months but @WestJet refuses to refund me for a trip I responsibly cancelled. Now I’m out $1200 I could be using to pay my bills! Why don’t you get the airlines to comply more. #westjet ##COVID19Ontario

@LittleBurgundy hey there been waiting for a refund for 12 weeks. Have contacted your customer service about 12 times. Each time they give me a fake response saying they refunded my card. Called the bank and now they are launching an investigation. @CP24 @globalnews
