Not even October yet and we've got two trips in the pipeline. Back to the Hodder criminology conference for our social scientists, and off to Tottenham Hotspur stadium for a universities fair with KS5!
A very successful results day for our KS5 social scientists today. Excellent results across the board despite harsher boundaries than we were expecting, they smashed it out the park. Very, very proud moment! π
Today was the end of our social science exam season. The year 13 sociologists came out of paper 3 smiling and made a beautiful end to my role in their journey so far. Oh I'm going to miss my social scientists ππ₯°
Our first exam is year 12 psychology on Monday, swiftly followed by 11 sociology on Tuesday.

Got creative teaching year 12 about synaptic transmission. They left on a buzz and said how much they enjoy the content! Will take it as a win πͺπΌ
Our last LiFe lecture of the year was hosted by the fabulous Charlotte Wort from Cowshed collective media. The students were gripped with a tonne of questions - there was even a personalised video from @betasquad5 too! (This is them crowding around to see it - tech issues π)
LIFE lectures returned for Summer 1 with the penultimate talk by Miss Griffiths, today looking at the psychology of serial killers! We love to see full seats #LoveLearning#BuildBrightFutures
