MsgSafe is back online. We’ve released a fix and all impacted services are up and running once again. Users should no longer be experiencing issues logging into their accounts. We're sorry for the disruption caused, and thank you for your patience.
Update: we are experiencing connectivity issues at the moment that is preventing users from logging into their accounts. This is an unexpected issue and we are working to resolve this matter quickly.
During this time login and sending/receiving mail will be delayed. Any mail sent to a MsgSafe email address during this time will be queued and you will receive it once we are back online and services are restored. We sincerely apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
MsgSafe will begin the 2nd (and last) phase of the transition to our new and more reliable equipment today. You can expect a downtime lasting between 2-3 days. Again, this unfortunately is an unavoidable and necessary step in order to complete this transition.
We expect this outage could last up to a few days but it is a necessary step in order to complete a much-needed transition to new, more reliable hardware. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

@secret_faggot For now, you can select the checkbox to the left of the message label in the center window pane, then click the 'Delete Selected Items' icon at the top. We're working on adding a new feature in the future to make this easier too.

@premtonxh @pieksykox No, the OVH Cloud Fire has nothing to do with the interruption in msgsafe. We do not have any hardware located in France. We will be posting an official update soon, please stay tuned.
