Happy World Teacher’s Day to all of the teachers in my life. Today I lost one of my greatest teachers, my Grandma 💕 She always believed in me, even when I didn’t believe in myself. I wouldn’t be the teacher I am today without her. Rest In Peace my beautiful Grandma.

Conversations about learning should include Ts, Ss & Ps. 3-Way Interviews @OldGuildfordPS start with discussing strengths, then the student shares a learning goal. Ps ask Qs too. It’s been 2 years since we’ve met like this. TY exec for dipping back to the ‘why’ @CarolineThiele1
