With regards to reservations and other benefits:
For benefits such as minimal/reduced form fees/admission fees/application fees, tuition fees, age relaxation, and physical test relaxations, it is appropriate to have policies that do not discriminate young minds.

All above mentioned other benefits (non-financial) should be equal if existence require. All financial benefits such as tuition fees, domestic/foreign scholarships should be converted into reduced interest loans for all castes/all students if require (based on income).

With regards to reservations, it requires white papers/panel enquiries etc. before a call being taken. (3/3)

With regards to ongoing controversies surrounding UGC Act, SC-ST Act and reservations within Government educational institutions & Government jobs, my humble opinion and righteous advice to respected PM Narendra Modi ji & respected HM Amit Shah ji.

During my stay in Australia, there was a time, when right-leaning party was in power and a person known for spreading hatred wanted to come to Australia, however, his visa was denied. Government of any country’s duty is to protect its citizens and residents and that’s what government of Australia did. I have said earlier and reiterating again that a nation can’t become a developed one, until it has environment of fairness and equality.

We are far away from that mindset till we execute. Recent RHA movement is actually a good chance for PM Modi ji to bring changes that no one brought in history of Indian government.
To be more transparent, objective and promote equality irrespective of caste, creed or religion. (1/3)

Controversies surrounding UGC: My understanding is that there are existing clauses around ragging within UGC regulations. These also include discrimination based on caste, religion etc. So, it is about implementing existing framework because discrimination can be happened against person of any caste or religion.

Why favour one caste over another, whether upper or lower? All are sons and daughters of Mother India and deserves equal respect. If someone is not honouring this, then punish the guilty.

All the above points also applies to recent amendments brought into SC-ST act. We have to reinforce environment of equality and justice amongst all castes. (2/3)

कम फ़ॉर्म फ़ीस/एडमिशन फ़ीस/आवेदन फ़ीस, ट्यूशन फ़ीस, उम्र में छूट और शारीरिक परीक्षा में छूट जैसे लाभों के लिए ऐसी नीतियाँ होनी चाहिए जो युवा सोच के साथ भेदभाव न करें।
ऊपर बताए गए अन्य सभी लाभ (जो आर्थिक नहीं हैं) समान होने चाहिए। ट्यूशन फ़ीस, घरेलू/विदेशी स्कॉलरशिप जैसे सभी आर्थिक लाभों को ज़रूरत पड़ने पर (आय के आधार पर) सभी जातियों/सभी छात्रों के लिए कम ब्याज वाले लोन में बदला जाना चाहिए।
आरक्षण के मामले में, कोई भी फ़ैसला लेने से पहले व्हाइट पेपर/पैनल जाँच आदि की ज़रूरत है।

UGC एक्ट, SC-ST एक्ट और सरकारी शिक्षण संस्थानों व नौकरियों में आरक्षण से जुड़े मौजूदा विवादों के बारे में, आदरणीय PM नरेंद्र मोदी जी और आदरणीय HM अमित शाह जी को मेरी विनम्र राय और सही सलाह।

ऑस्ट्रेलिया में रहने के दौरान, एक समय ऐसा था जब दक्षिणपंथी (right-leaning) पार्टी सत्ता में थी और एक व्यक्ति, जो नफरत फैलाने के लिए जाना जाता था, ऑस्ट्रेलिया आना चाहता था, लेकिन उसका वीज़ा नामंजूर कर दिया गया। किसी भी देश की सरकार का कर्तव्य अपने नागरिकों और निवासियों की रक्षा करना होता है और ऑस्ट्रेलिया की सरकार ने यही किया। मैंने पहले भी कहा है और फिर से दोहरा रहा हूँ कि कोई देश तब तक विकसित नहीं बन सकता जब तक वहाँ निष्पक्षता और समानता का माहौल न हो।

हम उस सोच से अभी बहुत दूर हैं। हालिया RHA आंदोलन, PM मोदी जी के लिए ऐसे बदलाव लाने का एक अच्छा मौका है जो भारतीय सरकार के इतिहास में किसी ने नहीं किए।
ताकि ज़्यादा पारदर्शिता और निष्पक्षता आए और जाति, पंथ या धर्म से ऊपर उठकर समानता को बढ़ावा मिले। (1/3)

UGC से जुड़े विवाद: मेरी समझ से, UGC नियमों में रैगिंग से जुड़ी मौजूदा धाराएँ हैं। इनमें जाति, धर्म आदि के आधार पर भेदभाव भी शामिल है। इसलिए, बात मौजूदा नियमों को लागू करने की है क्योंकि भेदभाव किसी भी जाति या धर्म के व्यक्ति के साथ हो सकता है। किसी एक जाति को दूसरी जाति पर प्राथमिकता क्यों दी जाए, चाहे वह ऊंची जाति हो या नीची? सभी भारत माता की संतानें हैं और समान सम्मान के हकदार हैं। अगर कोई इसका सम्मान नहीं करता है, तो दोषी को सज़ा दी जानी चाहिए।
ऊपर बताई गई सभी बातें SC-ST एक्ट में किए गए हालिया संशोधनों पर भी लागू होती हैं। हमें सभी जातियों के बीच समानता और न्याय का माहौल मज़बूत करना होगा। (2/3)

In relation to PM Modi’s appeal (made in May '26) to not buy gold for one year and government’s plan to have gold monetization scheme.

Below is an analysis and recommendations.
Points to reflect:

> Is RBI or government of India responsible for paying private jewellers' import bills for gold?
If not, then, how reducing import of gold will affect Government of India or RBI’s US Dollar (USD) portfolio value directly? How it is beneficial to India? For indirect impact, we will discuss soon.
> If private jewellers or individuals can afford to import gold, then, why discourage them, since, governments around the world including Indian one continue to purchase more gold. Is not gold the most reliable asset compare to any fiat currencies in the world?
> For householders with ceremonies such as marriage, engagement, birthday related rituals and celebrations, aren’t we stopping them from celebrating? If they can afford it, and purchase it or import it, how will it affect government of India’s import bill?
> Now let’s discuss, why the appeal was made. This is to save falling Indian Rupee since gold trade is done in USD. Since, the trade deal is done in USD no matter private or government purchaser of gold, more INR needs to sell. This is the indirect impact we are talking about. But this has to be only temporary solution and hence, appeal is only for one year.
> Can’t we say that Foreign Exchange Policy (FX policy) of the government is impacting this decision massively?
> Is not Gold Monetisation Scheme (GMS) also the result of our FX policy, which requires a reset? Because, we need to ask whether GMS will increase flow of USD? It will definitely increase flow of INR instead. Actually, GMS is kind of old style borrowing model, where people keep their gold ornaments with jewellers until money is returned.
Gold in India is people’s most valuable asset, which is also part of our culture, heritage and family values. Let’s accept and respect it.

Summary: With above analysis, we can expect government may plan to have structural shift in FX policy within one year (Since measures are for one year). I believe government should build a framework to settle the gold trade in INR and perform intentional revaluation (appreciation) of INR in steps. It is important to note that Indian government had done intentional devalue of its currency in the past (1960s & 1990s).

There is a provision, which envisages that an NGO will always need to keep FCRA licence renewed.

Every organization has their own life cycle such as startup, growth, mature and decline.
If an NGO wants to cancel/surrender license, then, how can it be a loophole?

Organization is advising government that now they don't want foreign funding. It's an honesty.

How can it be defined as loophole? How can this action mere become steps to seize NGO's assets?

I request government to reconsider this provision and action on culprit or targeted organisation.
It can also amend to state that such NGOs may be Subject to further scrutiny and further actions.

Smaller NGOs that genuinely work for betterment will suffer and citizens in turn will suffer.
