A3: I looked at the Williamson County salary, and it really surprised me. Williamson County is the #1 wealthiest county in TN, because the common household income is $87,832. #ap3040

A2: In the school I attend to observe, each grade level has a teacher who has been there the longest, who is going to be the one who schedules fairs and activities. That teacher is basically an advisor to the other teachers. This could help teachers stay in the field. #ap3040

A2: In my life, green means growth. There's many things that I can grow into. My faith in God grows every day. My growth in my education classes is every day. I grow as a friend, family member, and significant other every day. #nt2t

A4: If I teach a higher grade, such as 4th or 5th grade, I would use Instagram to post questions they might see on an upcoming test. I would also put reminders on the Instagram feed for students and parents about no school days or conferences in the future. #ap3040
