Went out to deploy a hydrophone near Newbiggin today and got our first #WhiteBeakedDolphin sighting off Blyth. We'll be back out again tomorrow! #Northumberland @newcastlemarine

Spent the last few days setting up our new rib "Albi" which will use to survey white-beaked & bottlenose dolphins off Northumberland. Had 15+ bottlenose greet us on or first sea trial outside Blyth harbour! Very promising, will bring proper camera equipment next time.
