@CVS I just spent most of an hour on 3 calls with 4 Caremark CSRs to find out that my prior auth was denied, why it was denied, and what add’l info was needed to remedy it. This should be standard info communicated promptly via email. Why is it not?

Just got a call with an automated survey from @ExpressScripts. I was honestly kind of excited to tell them EXACTLY what I thought, but the free answer portion cut off after ~45 sec. Guess they don’t actually want to know “how we can serve you better.” 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’m not a clinician but the only “confusion” it caused were pts stopping me on their way out b/c they “forgot” to ask the dr to refill their norco
