Today we learned how to cook a new recipe- fresh bruschetta over angel hair! We practiced cutting tomatoes, chopping basil, dicing mozzarella, and mixed it all together with garlic, olive oil, and balsamic vinaigrette to make the perfect bruschetta tossed over pasta! #ourndsec

We had a special career series guest speaker today (yes, not on a Friday!). Matt Hayduck of Virtek Corp spoke to us over Zoom about his career path into IT. We had a great time as he even talked to us about building our own computers #ourndsec
