For the past 3 months online transfers from @ncbja to @JMMBGroupJA and @myvmgroup accounts does not work. Since RTGS transfers are postponed the alternative ACH does not work for these institutions. @ncbja@JMMBGroupJA@myvmgroup kindly fix this issue!

@DIGICELJamaica LTE service since Beryl has not worked at all. When reported all we are told is that an agent will get back to us. Still no agent. A little communication is the bare minimum we ask.

@ncbja It took for someone to provide a personal contact to a NCB employee to assist to get this matter resolved. If I had not gotten that contact I would still be going through my messages to notice this tweet or calling again a CSR to try and figure out this issue. Unacceptable!
@ncbja I did not want to resort to social media but from Dec 2020, I have been given the run around about a simple lodgment in my account where all CSR seem to be mechanically programmed to give the same “statement” and no action. #failinggrade#NCB#help
