@ATT Hello, I have been in touch with your corporate headquarters, and I was issued a credit as courtesy that was to appear on this billing cycle, but it’s not here. I called 611 only to be berated and hung up on, still not having received my credit!

@cvspharmacy one of your white reps at your CVS pharmacy in Sewell, NJ just called me and instigated an argument with me, where he hung up in my ear. This is unacceptable!
@cvspharmacy Sure will send the info over now, as this is a very serious matter. I am disabled persons, and have not had access to my sustainable Rx for almost 3weeks!
@cvspharmacy I need a rep from your corporate office to contact me . I believe discriminatory practices are taking place against me with gaining access to my RX at your pharmacy in NJ. I am very frustrated and will pursue legal action if this matter is not properly addressed.

@ATT Hello I am on the phone with your technical team trying to have my visual voicemail added back that was removed from my account, and your rep is trying to reset and erase all of my voicemails, as well as get rid of my grandfather plan! Totally unacceptable!!!
@ATT I am on hold with someone in a foreign country who does not no how to service my account. Feels like groundhog day, because I just went through this several days ago!
