Recipe:
⟡ 45 ml Gin (I recommend a soft citrus or floral gin)
⟡ 20 ml Blue Curaçao
⟡ 45 ml Pineapple Juice
⟡ 15 ml Lime Juice
⟡ 10 ml Simple Syrup
⟡ 15 ml Coconut Cream (optional)
⟡ Garnish with blueberry & pineapple

Shake with ice, then double-strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Sugar rim if you’re like me, hehe.

Food Pairings: dark chocolate, coconut & lime 🍋‍🟩🍫🥥
