The title “Prehistory” was meant to hint at the origins of relationships—the “before.” It could refer to a golden era of better times or the time prior to knowing someone else at all. The time when being a band meant nothing more than being creative and spending time making songs
"prehistory" is a piece of PNW music history. Recorded at the UNKNOWN in sleepy Anacortes, a port town outside of Seattle, by Trevor Spencer (Father John Misty, Beach House, etc), the EP chronicles a band in a state of upheaval and transition.
