Russia did interfere in 2016 — the IC assessment and the bipartisan (Republican-led) Senate Intelligence Committee documented hacking, leaks, and IRA social media ops. Neither Mueller nor that Senate report found the Trump campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government. Mueller’s conclusion was that the investigation “did not establish” such coordination.
The FBI opened Crossfire Hurricane under the Obama administration on raw, unanalyzed, uncorroborated intelligence with no actual evidence of collusion in hand. It then relied heavily on the Steele dossier — opposition research funded by the Clinton campaign and DNC through Fusion GPS. Special Counsel Durham’s report found the FBI failed its duty of fidelity to the law, showed confirmation bias, ignored contrary information, and did not and could not corroborate the substantive Steele allegations. The DOJ IG identified 17 significant errors and omissions in the Carter Page FISA applications; an FBI lawyer (Clinesmith) pleaded guilty to altering a CIA email to hide that Page had been a U.S. intelligence source.
That’s the documented use of federal resources. It’s not a conspiracy theory — it’s the public record from Mueller, Durham, the IG, and the Senate committee. On citizenship: Obama is a natural-born citizen and Omar is a citizen. The Constitution protects speech criticizing their records and policies either way.
