@Wickes Abacus toilet ordered online 3/5 and apparently dispatched 5/5 but not delivered to me. Courier has stopped updating the web tracking, saying job complete. Can't contact them at all. Phoned your callcentre on Monday and got no promised return call back. Any help here?

@SportsDirectUK@SportsDirect_CS here's a thread to illustrate the incompetence and terrible customer service of this company. I bought a pair of shoes in January. SD sent a box containing two different size, one an 8, the other a 7.
I got that email 9/2/24. Weeks later I requested an update. They pretend they don't understand my request and that they're happy they refunded the £44.98. Which yes they did, but that's not what I'm talking about. And so the circle goes on... @SportsDirectUK@SportsDirect_CS
To do that return cost me an additional £4.99. Not a huge sum but an out of pocket expense nonetheless. The shoes were duly returned to SD and they did indeed refund the £44.98 I had paid for the order and the initial delivery to me. But I'm still out of pocket for their mistake
Now I don't know about you, but unlike my shoes the same size for each foot. The only way to return online orders to SD is to post them back. They don't accept returns to their brick stores. The SD site makes you pay £4.99 to return via Evri, which I had no choice but to do
@spectator The car did what it should do I.e. sensed a threat and acted to protect you and a possible pedestrian. You bought a Volvo for its safety features and that's the consequence. It is essentially an airbag for pedestrians and any airbag deployment requires a subsequent dealer visit

Completely misleading statements all over your website and in the phone recording that exact number has when you close the lines on a weekend. Which is pretty pathetic frankly.
@AvisUK how can I cancel a reservation online? Your phone line is closed but the recording clearly says bookings can be cancelled or managed online or in the app - there is nowhere that I can see that allows a cancellation to be made within the app!?
