Just spoke to @TMobile regarding the outage. No time frame for restoration and when asked if this was a #ransomwareattack rep would not answer yes or no. I am on my way to @GetSpectrum now and will be canceling my account with T Mobile.

@TMobile @TMobileHelp we are going on day two without service. I should have never switched from @GetSpectrum. (In 5 years with them not a single problem) At least be honest with your customers as to what is happening.

@Delta @ATLairport I just landed and used the women’s bathroom in terminal A (near gate A17) the bathroom attendant Lisa Dixon needs kudos and should be offered a customer service position. She was SO happy and pleasant. Promote this women. She’ll be your next superstar! ✈️🌟

@curls4mygrls Except it’s not one of the safest aircraft. It had two back to back accidents that resulted in fatalities of everyone on board. Safe aircrafts don’t suddenly crash.

@elonmusk I had come to use Twitter to communicate directly with customer support through DM’s. It’s a brilliant and easy way to get in touch with a human at companies like Delta, American Airlines, and even Dept of State for a passport update.
