Such a horrible experience with @hotelscomhelp and Crown Plaza Hotel Jacksonville Airport @CrownePlaza. Imagine lying to a customer about refunding an unused hotel stay just to get a bad review removed 🙄🤦🏽‍♀️. Now I’m forced to contact corporate to voice my concerns. Beware!!
