@GylesB1 I download them and get them printed in mulitiple so I can send pics of my boy (7yrs) to relatives.
They still live in Yorkshire and we're in South Wales. His Great Grandma, Great-Great Aunt and Great Aunt love seeing him throughout the year in pictures.

I do not agree with rewriting books. We must learn from them.
We learn how the world was, how (in some cases) it was wrong, how we are now and how we are/should be different.
Rewriting does not show our mistakes of the past, triumphs of the present or needs for the future.

@thebodycoach just did a 9.9km hill hike with my 7 year old. We enjoyed the birdsong, clouds and hills. Going to enjoy a well-earned roast for dinner as well. 🥾🙂

@thebodycoach I did it! First exercise in 9 days! I had no motivation and even though I kept saying I needed to do something, I just couldn't bring myself to do it.
25mins core strength this morning and feeling nice. 🙂

Sometimes, I just need to know its okay to take a day off from workout. I'm not lean but trying hard, I need a rest due to chronic back injury and get told by ppl 'you won't tone if you rest'.
What do they no? I won't walk if I don't!

They used virtual meetings during lockdown, they can use them still like many other workers do.

Spinal treatment might not have worked, still have normal pain over the 'healing pain'. Feeling very, very down about this.
My wife is great, she helps me with core exercises, made GF banana pancakes and give me the tightest hugs.
Son great too, he just loves completely.

Very thankful to all @NHS staff at the #RoyalGwent hospital for looking after me during my spinal injections. Might even have found the reason for all my pain! #extravertebrae

@thebodycoach slightly loving the slight ache I get in my abs at the end of the day when I did an abs workout in the morning. Loving even more that I can do more reps the next time.
