Leading kids is the easy part; leading adults is h-a-r-d.
Just like with students, there is no one-size-fits-all. Every staff member needs different things to feel valued. And, adults need to feel seen and valued to thrive. When the adults in the school are living their best lives and thriving, student achievement soars.
