@WilliamHill are claiming the following bet has lost!

Created a bet builder and selected “Danilo” to be carded, the Danilo that started the game and got a yellow card. The best should be settled as a winner.

They are now claiming “ah sorry that’s actually the wrong Danilo you’ve selected” how can they claim which Danilo to is after the game has finished? There should be clear full names given to avoid confusion and to stop players picking the wrong player. In normal cases had I selected a player that was on the bench the bet would have been voided, but it wasn’t. The bet continued until the game ended and then they said ah sorry it’s the wrong Danilo on our system.

This is misleading information, it’s a scam. It’s damn right poor from William hill to trick customers like this.

It should be clear and obvious what each selection is! If two played share the same surname it should be easy to pick between them both!

Why would I select the Danilo that isn’t even starting the game? Shambles from them and someone needs to finally do something about this

You’re claiming I picked Danilo Santos, even though you listed him as Danilo, so obviously I thought I was picking Danilo Da Silva who was the man starting the game. Why would I pick a player that’s on the bench for my bet builder? Disgrace!!!
