A glimpse into our pumpkin inquiry 🎃. We have been learning about the life cycle and the different parts of the pumpkin. We also have been conducting experiments with the pumpkin @stpetersmilton @ms_garcia88

STEM challenge : Based on the “five little pumpkins poem” we have been learning this week, the students were giving a challenge to use different materials to create their own “ gate” for their 5 pumpkins to sit on 🎃

Apple day was a huge success 🍎 We held a taste test to find our favourite apple flavour and graphed our results. After the students were able to conduct their own surveys to find out their peers favourite 🍏 🍎 @ms_garcia88 @stpetersmilton

Through discussion and discovery the students in 103 have been learning about the Season of Fall. As a class, we embarked on a fall scavenger hunt where we looked for the “signs” of fall and even collected leaves to create our own fall creations 🍂 @ms_garcia88 @stpetersmilton
