A pardoned January 6 rioter who paraded Nancy Pelosi’s broken office sign has been sentenced to 17 years in prison for a deadly DUI crash.

Emily Hernandez of Missouri, who was among 1,500 pardoned by Trump last week, drove on Interstate 44 for several miles going the wrong way in January 2022, with a blood and alcohol concentration of .125.

She crashed into another car belonging to a Franklin County couple, Victoria and Ryan Wilson. The couple just left dinner celebrating their 15th wedding anniversary.

Victoria, 32, died and Ryan faced serious injuries.
