@Mouhssin_Ismail I like student panels as that they are not looking to hear you use the education “buzz words” but often seeing if you can interact well with yp. I find it’s a great way to demonstrate relationships. It’s important to remember teaching is not just about content.

@That_Teachr “School” is broken if students don’t see the value in what they are learning. I wonder if they are late to work? Perhaps the curriculum can change to be more flexible to suit student interest & the “system” could support employed students by changing the structure of the day.
