@RBC Furthermore, there shouldn’t be a need to have to click on each line of Visa transaction to reveal the true date of when the authorized purchase was settled/posted. Transactions that have not posted should remain under PENDING transactions to avoid confusion.

@RBC - The dates shown on web/app for POSTED Transactions are not accurate. If merchants have not collected the funds, shouldn’t the authorized transactions remain under PENDING transactions? For data integrity, I hope this gets addressed soon.

@RBC Yes, transactions change from authorized to posted once transaction has been settled and posted in the account. Therefore, the date shown on each line of POSTED transaction should be the ACTUAL DATE of when the transaction was settled, which is not the case right now.

@amazon - Went to Staples 1220 Seguin Dr, Coquitlam, BC V3K 6L6 today, Mar 7 2026, to drop off a return at their UPS drop-off kiosk. Clients are being ask to remove items from resealed original packaging revealing its private contents to accept returns. Is this a new a policy?
