@sseehn11 I’m prone to blackouts and migraines. Had to explain to my six year old why Mummy was crawling up the stairs (migraine aura, wicked vertigo). I try to remember to stay hydrated so even if I’m sleep deprived I feel less rotten

@aliciaandrz This is a relief. Miss 5 is incredibly observant, you think she’s not paying attention then she comes out with the most outrageous stuff and then shows Miss 3. 1:1 work with an educator works best for her.

@oog84__ @made_in_cosmos Miss 3 does this. One night her bedtime story made me tear up, she heard the change in my voice and kept crash tackling me til I said I was okay.

Her main treatment for her big sister being upset is to literally lie on top of her and quietly giggle til she joins in.

@oog84__ Miss 3 & 5 got stuffed kiwi birds from their Dad’s NZ work trip. Miss 3 looked at her own pink kiwi & Miss 5’s grey kiwi, knowing her big sister’s favourite colour is pink, said “Swap?”

They also regularly and unprompted share bits of their dinner if one wants more of something

Being passively suicidal is such an interesting concept because while I would never plan any action to do anything of that nature, it sounds kinda nice to just drift off into sleep and not wake up.

I was on FaceTime with my nephew the other day…he started fixing his hair up and just looking at the kid (let alone hearing him laugh) I got sent back 23 years to when his dad was still alive.
