There has been so many times in my life when I needed someone who understood my experience as a Black woman to advocate for me, and so often that didn’t happen. I’m going to make sure it does for my Black students. #ElonEd #BecomingATeacher

It's too simple.. but be willing to communicate and happily share the teaching process. Working alongside teachers, admin, and families makes your Ss lives so much better, and makes you a better educator in the long run. It takes a village. #ElonEd
