@km_stieber thank you for your idea of creating a giant HTO chart last year! Today we rolled place value dice and represented 3-digit numbers with base-10 blocks on our giant HTO chart. Ss then drew a pictorial representation! @BirneyBobcats

We had an absolute blast during our Pac-Man themed STEM Day! Students were challenged to solve mazes, design and build their own, and even guide a robot through a maze! Thank you to @KhaiaTeaches for planning another amazing and engaging STEM Day! @BirneyBobcats

Happy April Fools… time for my annual “Brown E’s” prank! My students were disappointed that I didn’t actually make them brownies—but I did bring some Cosmic Brownies! To integrate math, we practiced partitioning them into equal rows and columns before digging in @BirneyBobcats
