@maljefairi The real estate market has been going downhill in the past 7 years. Most of the development are poorly constructed which doesn't encourage buyers but what makes it risky is the lack of diversification in our economy. There's nothing captivating enough to allow foreign investments

The only way to use their app is change your app store settings to a MENA country, STUPID. I'm just glad that I didn't sign up for an entire year. If they're going to restrict people this much they should've reduced the priced @disneyplus

So with Disney+ in MENA you end up paying a premium for half of the content that's available to other user subscribers around the world, censorship (instead of letting users filter content), inability to use the account while traveling outside of MENA,

Instead of pushing for electronic processes on the general public only to have to end in a pile of hardcopies, it's probably worth optimizing processes digitally on an internal level instead then push them publicly 🤷🏻‍♀️

I don't why companies don't bother in the MENA, @disneyplus is the biggest example of how it's neglected. Unlike other countries we don't have an app (competes with Shahid and Netflix who have apps) and you need a phone number to sign in. This is really backwards.
