I am going to put this out there. @JasonKelce @newheightshow you are going to see a backlash from football fans when swifties try to change tailgating culture and an excuse to get away from the wife and kids for an afternoon of fun with friends and football. County tax assessment is governored differently than real estate appraisers done by banks. This ruling can have major conquences that would open up the banks getting sued because their appraises are different from the county tax appraises. Your value of the house will go down and if people try to sue because of fraud then the banks are about to be in trouble. I don’t think so because always the county tax appraisers have always been different than the marketplace appraisers.
