@cody_lou_who_ I think its important to catch up as a group (so everyone feels connected) but also catch up with each employee 1-1 so people have a chance to feel heard. I schedule these fairly regularly bc you can always cancel if you're busy but if you dont schedule its easy to forget

@stefanieoconnel so so true. we got our lease renewal early in april for an Aug start and i was so focused at the time on negotiating no increase to save money. Months later i'm filled with second thoughts about whether or not i really want to be locked in for the next year...
