These 2nd grade @hi_hawks made posters to wish the other Hawks GOOD LUCK next week on their STAAR Tests. We used #PicEDU to make the posters. I love watching the students express their creativity! @gccisd_edtech
We had such a great time this morning using @AppleEDU GarageBand! These students recently went on a field trip, & wrote sentences about the animals they saw. Then we recorded those with the fun voices and added in loops! #garagebandisntthatscary#everyonecancreate@gccisd_edtech
Mrs. Neyland’s 2nd graders at @LionsLamar reviewed common versus proper nouns with bots today. We upped the challenge with Easter characters that had to be avoided in the field while Ss drove their @Sphero bolts to their answer choice! @SpheroEdu@gccisd_edtech@GCCISDLiteracy
Mrs. King’s Roadrunners are collaborating to assist one another! They built their animal’s habitat in @PlayCraftLearn & drew their animal in @AppleEDU#Keynote. Then app smashed to put their drawn animal into their habitat. Talk about 100% student engagement! @gccisd_edtech
I had such a great time creating books in the @AppleEDU Pages app with some 5th grade @hi_hawks today! They did research in Pebble Go to find their answers and write their own questions. Talk about #crosscurricular connections!! @gccisd_edtech@GCCISDScience@GCCISDLiteracy
These 5th grade roadrunners used the markup tool in photos to solve for the area & perimeter of different shapes. Then the students got to showcase their work on the Promethean Board & explain how they got their answers! @AppleEDU@gccisd_edtech@CreekMath#studentengagement
