The newly ratified contract delivers historic improvements to wages and working conditions, including a 70% increase in the minimum hourly pay rate over five years, and protections against harmful class size increases.

This five-year deal covers all Precollege faculty and runs retroactively from September 1, 2024, through August 31, 2029. Despite a costly, months-long campaign by the administration to undermine the faculty union, the teachers of MSM Precollege stood united—and won.
