One message echoed throughout the evening:
A father's presence is more valuable than his presents.
Intentional fathers shape confident children, united families and responsible citizens.

My heart is full of gratitude.
To all our dear friends, family, well-wishers, and everyone who joined us yesterday, thank you for walking this journey with us and for celebrating the legacy of Taata Rev. Eliasaph Sserwadda.
I thank H.E. Vice President @jessica_alupo for honouring us as Guest of Honour and for the kindness she has continued to extend to my family.
I am deeply grateful to Archbishop Stephen Samuel Kaziimba Mugalu - @ChurchofUganda_, Archbishop Emeritus Henry Luke Orombi and His Eminence the Deputy Mufti Sheikh Mohammed Ali Waiswa for their prayers, guidance and encouragement.
I also thank H.E. President @KagutaMuseveni and Maama @JanetMuseveni for the fatherly and motherly love they have shown my family over the years.
As we launched My Father and I: The Power of Intentional Fatherhood, I was reminded that the greatest gift a parent gives is not possessions, but presence; not comfort, but character.
May Taata Rev. Eliasaph Sserwadda’s legacy continue to inspire us to love deeply, serve faithfully and lead intentionally.
A nation is built first at home. As we gather at Protea Hotel, for launch of Col. @edthnaka's authored book, "My Father and I – Power of Intentional Fatherhood," we celebrate a message that reminds us that intentional parenting is foundation of responsible families.

Psalms 30:11
[11]You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; You have put off my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness,
God you are so so good to me!
