@StuartMaggs Thanks for all your commentary. I understand the part that a widow can use there deceased 2.5m allowance. But what if that deceased has already used APR relief on the old rules? Does what they have used eat into the 2.5m, or is it a fresh 2.5m to utilise? #devil in the detail.
