Time for the annual tradition of watching the exact same videos on bloodborne pathogens, discrimination, harassment, mandated reporting, and cybersecurity... followed by the exact same quizzes.

If I passed them last year... and the year before... and the year before that...and 20 years before that... why am I proving it all over again?

At some point, we have to ask whether this is about learning or simply checking a compliance box.
