@reliancejio @JioCare There has been an internet disruption for my jio fiber connection since morning and there is no proper resolution provided yet. The service engineer didn't call and kept the status on hold for my service appointment SROOOO1QYIPA. Worst customer support.

Since yesterday request is kept on hold even after contacting customer care for 4 times and updating same issue to them. Worst of the worst ISP. I REALLY HATE JIO NOW AFTER SEEING THIS LEVEL OF NEGLIGENCE.
