@SouthwestAir is there something going on with viewing booked flights on accounts? I booked a flight and it’s not showing up anywhere in my account but I have a confirmation email that shows my RR# was put in
@SouthwestAir just checked in for our flight and my husband and I got A boarding passes, and our 3 yr old got C?? How is that possible if we are all on the same reservation
@SouthwestAir I have been trying to get ahold of anyone at customer service, my minor child was moved to standby and the staff at Las Vegas airport refused to change it. Obviously didn’t care that a minor was going to be left alone. I can’t even get an answer from anyone.

@SouthwestAir my family had the worst experience today on one of your flights. A flight attendant, a grown women felt the need to harass my just turned 2 year old our entire flight. I’m so shocked this women is employed by your company.

Our attendant on our flight gave Millie some wings, and she got to demonstrate with the demo life jacket after she listened and gave a round of applause when he was done. She was so excited!! @SouthwestAir
@SouthwestAir had the WORST experience this morning while traveling with my child. SNA employee’s from check in to gate were horrible to and unhelpful to me. We were not told our luggage wasn’t going to be put on the plane we found out once we landed in SJC (1/3)
@SouthwestAir am I able to just add my daughter (1yr) as a lap child when I get to the airport? Or do I need to do it ahead of time. The wait time for someone on the phone is so long!
