@IndiaPostOffice Item invoiced twice at Bikaner H.O on 29th & 30th. What does this mean? Status tracking is for the end user, and it should be expressed in a way that the common person can understand. Still can't believe 5 days from Delhi to Bikaner and no sign of delivery

@IndiaPostOffice, I am really surprised to see that a delivery ( passport ) from Delhi to Bikaner takes more than 5 working days and then the different statuses you use, which are beyond the understanding of a common man - "Item Invoiced at Destination"

It's been 47 days since appl submission, 40 days since police clearance & passport renewal is still pending. I found it is because of SP office issues. Why can't it be dispatched like Tatkal cases? app # JP6075511870925

@passportsevamea I do not see any update on my wife's passport renewal application in over a month, police verification was complete 25 days ago. No response to grievance raised @PMOIndia @MEAIndia & I ws under the assumption that things have changed in the last few years.
