Why don't guys talk about mental health?
-We too often believe we should be able to handle our problems on our own.
-Fear of being seen as weak or not in control.
-Worry that discussing feelings makes us seem less manly.
How do we break this?
-Listen to each other without judgment.
-Break ths stigma.
-Have conversations; tell your story.
We hear about depression, addiction, and worse, suicide, among us. We can start to turn this around with our truth, our stories.
Let's talk, but more importantly, let's listen - to each other and with no judgment.

@Deetroit_Dave Absolutely not! I’ve not taken a drink from a water fountain since 1996 - after 3 months solid of misdiagnosed mono. I swore never again! Hence why I have multiple bottles of water with me at all times
