“How many of you even knew a typhoon hit Alaska?”

A storm with Category 4 winds just tore through western Alaska. Homes ripped away, entire Native villages wiped out.

One resident said, “People woke up to their homes floating down the river and nobody’s talking about it.”

At least 20 people are missing.
Families floating down rivers, entire villages gone.
“People are stuck in their homes, floating down rivers… going into the Bering Sea.”

And somehow… no one’s hearing about it.
