@EE @EE my husband & I have 2 yr Customer Service Team & we were told they r unable 2 give us a timeframe when the mast will b fixed. Apparently there is a crack in a component on the mast & when it rains it shuts the mast down. When reported #EE tried 2 sell us another service!!
